HCN Family Camp 2025

 August 14th-17th @ Waimea Plantation Cottages

Cost $400/room, $200/person

Day visitors will pay for what they attend.

Both Day Visitors and Full Weekend attendees need to register.

If you are just attending Sunday Morning Service you do not need to Register or pay.

Please make your payment on our donation page or bring it to the church. A deposit will be due June 7th. The cost is $200/person, but we pay per room so if you are by yourself in a room it will cost $400. Try to find a friend to attend with you! Some rooms will have one queen bed and others will have two twin beds.

What to bring…

• Water Bottle! Please bring a reusable water bottle

• Coffee Mugs if you prefer your personal one

• Toiletries (soap, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, contact lens, etc…)

  • Soap will be provided, but you may want to bring your own

  • Towels are also provided, but you might need to bring more if you want extra towels

• Jacket

• Swim Suit

• Fan

  • All rooms have air conditioning, but you are welcome to bring a fan if you need one

• Food

  • Food will be provided, but feel free to bring any food you want during the weekend

• Bible, pen, notebook

• Snacks

  • Snacks are also provided, but you are welcome to bring any snacks you would like

What not to bring…

• Fireworks, firearms

• Drugs, alcohol, illegal substances of any kind

• Bad attitude

What to expect…

• Meals will be provided

• There will be a morning and evening service with an afternoon class on Saturday, other than that you are free to do whatever you wish.

• Most of us will be fishing throughout the weekend particularly at night. If you would like to fish please bring your gear or let us know and we will try to bring you some.

• We will be playing games in the evening after service feel free to bring a board game you would like to play.

More Information

Sunday Morning Service will be held at the cottages. There won’t be a service at the church.

Each cabin will have a kitchen. Feel free to bring food or snacks for yourself.

You will need a wristband to use the pool so please ask for one if you want to go to the pool.

Without registration, you will not be allowed to go. Please register below.

You may also pay with cash or check, just make sure you have your payment marked with your name as well as Family Camp. Mahalo.

If you want a room please let us know immediately so we can reserve more rooms.

Cottage Equipment

Every cottage has a coffee maker, rice cooker, microwave, crockpot, and oven.

Every room has a TV, bed, and closet, most have a bathroom, and air conditioning.
